Short version: if it doesn’t look like you, you get your money back. No questions.

- Ask within 7 days of purchase. Use the "Get a refund" button on your result page or email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout.
- We refund the full amount to the original payment method, usually within 24 hours on our side; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
- If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credit is returned automatically. You can retry for free or ask for a refund.
- Trio: we refund the unused credits in full, and the used ones if the result didn’t look like you.
- Refunds end the purchase: the result link and any remaining credits are cancelled.
- Please use the refund button instead of a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us a fee on top of the refund, and you get the same money back either way.
